We're a small indie team behind BALANCE and we read every message we receive. Whether you've found a bug, have a suggestion for the game, want to report a leaderboard entry, or just want to say hello — we'd love to hear from you.

What to Include in Your Message

Bug Reports

If you've encountered a bug, please include:

• Your browser name and version (e.g. Chrome 125, Safari 17)
• Your device type (desktop, phone, tablet) and operating system
• A brief description of what happened and what you expected to happen
• Your difficulty setting and approximately how far into the game it occurred

Leaderboard Removal Requests

If you'd like a leaderboard entry removed (for example, if you accidentally submitted your real name), please email us with:

• The display name you submitted
• Your score (in seconds) at the time of submission
• Approximate date and time of submission

We will remove qualifying entries within 5 business days.

Feature Suggestions

We love hearing ideas from players. If you have a suggestion — a new game mode, a control option, a visual feature, or anything else — please send it our way. We can't promise to implement everything, but we genuinely read and consider all feedback.
